A delicious Mediterranean veggie wrap filled with fresh vegetables and creamy avocado, perfect for a healthy lunch or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla
- 50 g spinach
- 50 g cucumber
- 50 g tomato
- 50 g avocado
- 30 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Start by laying the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the spinach evenly over the tortilla.
- Add the sliced cucumber and chopped tomato on top of the spinach.
- Scoop out the avocado and spread it over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese over the top for added flavor.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
