Mediterranean Veggie Wrap

A delicious Mediterranean veggie wrap filled with fresh vegetables and creamy avocado, perfect for a healthy lunch or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 50 g tomato
  • 50 g avocado
  • 30 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by laying the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the spinach evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add the sliced cucumber and chopped tomato on top of the spinach.
  4. Scoop out the avocado and spread it over the vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the top for added flavor.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside.
  8. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
