Mediterranean Veggie Wrap

A delicious Mediterranean Veggie Wrap filled with fresh vegetables and creamy avocado, perfect for a healthy lunch or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced

Instructions:

  1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the sliced avocado evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add the spinach on top of the avocado layer.
  4. Layer the cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, and diced tomato in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other to form a wrap.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately with your favorite dip.
