Mediterranean Veggie Wrap
A delicious Mediterranean Veggie Wrap filled with fresh vegetables and creamy avocado, perfect for a healthy lunch or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
Instructions:
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla on a clean surface.
- Spread the sliced avocado evenly over the tortilla.
- Add the spinach on top of the avocado layer.
- Layer the cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, and diced tomato in the center of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other to form a wrap.
