Mediterranean Veggie Wrap
A delicious and fresh Mediterranean Veggie Wrap filled with vibrant vegetables and creamy hummus, perfect for a light lunch or a quick snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 large lettuce leaf
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons hummus
Instructions:
- Take a large lettuce leaf and lay it flat.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on the lettuce.
- Layer the tomato slices, avocado slices, and cucumber slices on top of the hummus.
- Wrap the lettuce tightly to encase the filling.
