Mediterranean Veggie Wrap

A delicious and fresh Mediterranean Veggie Wrap filled with vibrant vegetables and creamy hummus, perfect for a light lunch or a quick snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large lettuce leaf
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons hummus

Instructions:

  1. Take a large lettuce leaf and lay it flat.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on the lettuce.
  3. Layer the tomato slices, avocado slices, and cucumber slices on top of the hummus.
  4. Wrap the lettuce tightly to encase the filling.
  5. Slice in half and enjoy your Mediterranean Veggie Wrap!
