Ingredients:

  • 1 large wrap or tortilla
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g cucumber, sliced
  • 50g bell pepper, sliced
  • 50g avocado, mashed
  • 30g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the wrap or tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the mashed avocado evenly across the wrap.
  3. Layer the spinach, cucumber slices, and bell pepper slices on top of the avocado.
  4. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the vegetables.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go until fully rolled.
