Ingredients:
- 1 large wrap or tortilla
- 50g spinach
- 50g cucumber, sliced
- 50g bell pepper, sliced
- 50g avocado, mashed
- 30g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lay the wrap or tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly across the wrap.
