Mediterranean Veggie Wrap

A delicious and healthy Mediterranean veggie wrap with fresh ingredients, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tortilla
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g cucumber
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g avocado
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the spinach evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add sliced cucumber and bell pepper on top of the spinach.
  4. Scoop and spread avocado over the veggies.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese over the avocado layer.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  8. Slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
