A delicious and healthy Mediterranean veggie wrap with fresh ingredients, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla
- 50g spinach
- 50g cucumber
- 50g bell pepper
- 50g avocado
- 30g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the spinach evenly over the tortilla.
- Add sliced cucumber and bell pepper on top of the spinach.
- Scoop and spread avocado over the veggies.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the avocado layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
