A refreshing Mediterranean Veggie Wrap loaded with fresh vegetables, creamy avocado, and a hint of garlic.
Ingredients:
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
