Mediterranean Veggie Pizza

A delicious and healthy Mediterranean Veggie Pizza topped with fresh vegetables and cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 50g cheese
  • 50g tomato
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 10g garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking tray.
  4. Spread a thin layer of crushed tomato over the base of the pizza.
  5. Slice the zucchini and bell pepper, and chop the garlic finely. Evenly distribute the vegetables over the pizza base.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
