Mediterranean Veggie Pizza
A delicious and healthy Mediterranean Veggie Pizza topped with fresh vegetables and cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 50g cheese
- 50g tomato
- 50g zucchini
- 50g bell pepper
- 10g garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking tray.
- Spread a thin layer of crushed tomato over the base of the pizza.
- Slice the zucchini and bell pepper, and chop the garlic finely. Evenly distribute the vegetables over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
