Mediterranean Veggie Flatbread
A delightful Mediterranean-inspired flatbread topped with fresh vegetables and cheese. Perfect for a healthy meal or snack!
Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 150ml water
- 200g tomato
- 100g zucchini
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g mushrooms
- 100g cheese
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Spread the chopped tomatoes evenly over the flatbread base.
- Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and arrange them decoratively on top of the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
