Mediterranean Veggie Flatbread

A delightful Mediterranean-inspired flatbread topped with fresh vegetables and cheese. Perfect for a healthy meal or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 150ml water
  • 200g tomato
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 100g cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Spread the chopped tomatoes evenly over the flatbread base.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and arrange them decoratively on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the vegetables.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
