Mediterranean Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 150g tomato
- 100g zucchini
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g mushrooms
- 200g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour with water and a pinch of salt to make the pizza dough. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the base of the pizza.
- Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms thinly. Arrange them evenly over the tomato sauce.
- Mince the garlic and sprinkle over the top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice and serve.
