Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 150g tomato
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 200g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with water and a pinch of salt to make the pizza dough. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the base of the pizza.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms thinly. Arrange them evenly over the tomato sauce.
  6. Mince the garlic and sprinkle over the top.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice and serve.
