Mediterranean Vegetable and Chicken Bake
A delicious and healthy Mediterranean-style bake made with chicken and a variety of colorful vegetables. Perfect for a hearty main course!
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken breasts, sliced zucchini, diced bell pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped tomatoes.
