Mediterranean Spinach Salad

A vibrant and refreshing Mediterranean Spinach Salad featuring fresh vegetables and a zesty dressing. Perfect for a light meal or side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10g black olives
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the fresh spinach leaves under cold water and dry them well.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to a large mixing bowl with the spinach.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese over the top of the salad.
  4. Add the black olives to the mixing bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
