  • 100g jamón (Spanish ham)
  • 150g mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 50g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
