Ingredients:
- 400g chickpeas
- 100g cucumber
- 100g tomato
- 50g onion
- 50g bell pepper
- 30ml olive oil
- 15ml lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
Instructions:
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
- Dice the cucumber, tomato, onion, and bell pepper into small pieces.
