Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 150g grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 50g cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 50g spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the grilled chicken slices and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay the wrap flat on a plate and layer the spinach, followed by the sliced grilled chicken.
  3. Add the cucumber and tomato slices on top.
  4. Finally, layer the avocado slices over everything and wrap it tightly.
