Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 150g grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 50g cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 50g spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
