Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

A delicious Mediterranean Chicken Wrap filled with fresh vegetables and flavorful chicken. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 150 g chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 50 g avocado, sliced
  • 50 g lettuce, shredded
  • 50 g tomato, diced
  • 30 g cucumber, sliced
  • 30 g bell pepper, sliced
  • 30 g cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Place the tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Spread yogurt and olive oil evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer the lettuce, sliced avocado, diced tomato, sliced cucumber, sliced bell pepper, and cooked chicken breast on top of the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filled tortilla.
  5. Carefully roll up the tortilla to form a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
