A delicious Mediterranean-style chicken wrap filled with fresh veggies and herbs, perfect for a quick meal or lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 150 grams chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 50 grams spinach, fresh
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 30 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
  2. Place the whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface.
  3. Layer the spinach, cooked chicken slices, diced tomato, and sliced cucumber on the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle with the dressing and fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap, and slice in half to serve.
