Mediterranean Chicken Wrap
A delicious Mediterranean-style chicken wrap filled with fresh veggies and herbs, perfect for a quick meal or lunch.
Ingredients:
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 150 grams chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 50 grams spinach, fresh
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 30 grams feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
- Place the whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface.
- Layer the spinach, cooked chicken slices, diced tomato, and sliced cucumber on the tortilla.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
