Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

A delicious Mediterranean Chicken Wrap filled with fresh veggies and seasoned chicken for a healthy lunch or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 150g chicken breast
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g cucumber
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Allow it to rest before slicing it into strips.
  2. Wash the spinach, cucumber, and bell pepper. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  4. Take the tortilla wrap and lay it flat on a plate. Add the spinach, cucumber, and bell pepper on one half of the wrap.
  5. Layer the sliced chicken on top of the veggies, and crumble feta cheese over the chicken.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the filling, and then fold the wrap tightly, rolling it up to enclose the filling. Cut in half if desired.
