Mediterranean Chicken Wrap
A delicious Mediterranean Chicken Wrap filled with fresh veggies and seasoned chicken for a healthy lunch or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 150g chicken breast
- 50g spinach
- 50g cucumber
- 50g bell pepper
- 30g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Allow it to rest before slicing it into strips.
- Wash the spinach, cucumber, and bell pepper. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Take the tortilla wrap and lay it flat on a plate. Add the spinach, cucumber, and bell pepper on one half of the wrap.
- Layer the sliced chicken on top of the veggies, and crumble feta cheese over the chicken.
- Drizzle the dressing over the filling, and then fold the wrap tightly, rolling it up to enclose the filling. Cut in half if desired.
