Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

A tasty Mediterranean-inspired chicken wrap loaded with fresh veggies and delicious flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 150 grams cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 50 grams spinach, chopped
  • 50 grams cucumber, diced
  • 50 grams tomato, diced
  • 30 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, diced cucumber, diced tomato, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Cut in half and serve fresh.
