Mediterranean Chicken Wrap
A tasty Mediterranean-inspired chicken wrap loaded with fresh veggies and delicious flavors.
Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla
- 150 grams cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 50 grams spinach, chopped
- 50 grams cucumber, diced
- 50 grams tomato, diced
- 30 grams feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, diced cucumber, diced tomato, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to form a wrap.
- Cut in half and serve fresh.
