Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

A delicious and healthy Mediterranean Chicken Wrap filled with fresh vegetables and grilled chicken, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 100 g chicken breast
  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 50 g tomato
  • 30 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the spinach and toss to coat.
  3. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat and place the cooked chicken, spinach, sliced cucumber, diced tomato, and crumbled feta cheese in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrap inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  5. Slice the wrap in half and serve fresh.
