Mediterranean Chicken Wrap
A delicious and healthy Mediterranean Chicken Wrap filled with fresh vegetables and grilled chicken, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 100 g chicken breast
- 50 g spinach
- 50 g cucumber
- 50 g tomato
- 30 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the spinach and toss to coat.
- Lay the whole wheat wrap flat and place the cooked chicken, spinach, sliced cucumber, diced tomato, and crumbled feta cheese in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrap inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve fresh.
