Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:
- 400g chicken thighs
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large baking dish, combine the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, sliced zucchini, and cubed potatoes.
