Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Chop the carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a baking dish, place the marinated chicken breasts in the center and surround them with the chopped vegetables.
