Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (about 400g)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, sliced zucchini, sliced bell pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the vegetable mixture.
