Mango Chia Yogurt Parfait
A refreshing and healthy appetizer made with chia seeds, mango purée, and yogurt. Perfect for a light start to a meal!
Ingredients:
- 200g yogurt
- 100g mango purée
- 50g chia seeds
- 30g honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with the yogurt and honey (if using), and stir well to combine.
- Allow the mixture to sit for about 10-15 minutes until the chia seeds swell and thicken the yogurt.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture and mango purée.
- Start with a layer of the yogurt mixture, then add a layer of mango purée, and repeat until the glasses or bowls are full.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top before serving.
