  • 500ml vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Remove the skin from the Italian sausage and crumble it into the pot. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
