Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Chop the bell peppers and zucchini into similar-sized pieces and add them to the bowl with the chicken.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, then add them to the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and veggies, then season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well coated in the oil and seasoning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
