  • 1 bell pepper

  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and toss them with peanut oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chop the zucchini and bell pepper into similar bite-sized pieces.
  4. Cut the onion into wedges.
  5. Thread the chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
