Grilled Vegetable Skewers with Chicken

Ingredients:
- 250g chicken breast
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- Chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes, chopped vegetables, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
- Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies.
