  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat.
  4. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and place it on the grill.
