Grilled Vegetable and Chicken Skewers

These grilled vegetable and chicken skewers are a perfect summer dish that brings together the delicious flavors of marinated chicken and fresh vegetables. Ideal for barbecues or grilling parties!

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  3. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the chicken and different vegetables.
  4. Place the skewers onto the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
