Grilled Vegetable and Chicken Skewers
These grilled vegetable and chicken skewers are a perfect summer dish that brings together the delicious flavors of marinated chicken and fresh vegetables. Ideal for barbecues or grilling parties!
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
