Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into similar-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
  4. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the ingredients well.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
