Grilled Vegetable and Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
- 400g chicken breast
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Chop the bell pepper and zucchini into similar-sized pieces.
- Cut the onion into wedges.
- Skewers the chicken, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion alternately onto wooden or metal skewers.
- Brush the skewers with peanut oil to prevent sticking.
