Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and zucchini into similar-sized pieces.
  3. Cut the onion into wedges.
  4. Skewers the chicken, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion alternately onto wooden or metal skewers.
  5. Brush the skewers with peanut oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
