  • bell pepper
  • zucchini
  • onion
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into similar-sized chunks for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chicken and vegetables, and add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Thread the chicken and vegetable mixture onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
