  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef into 2.5 cm cubes.
  2. Chop the zucchini and bell pepper into similar-sized pieces.
