Grilled Sea Bream with Broccoli
A healthy and flavorful main course featuring grilled sea bream paired with steamed broccoli, seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 2 whole sea bream (about 300g each)
- 200g broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Clean and scale the sea bream, making sure to remove any innards. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the fish, including inside the cavity. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes, until tender but still vibrant green.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the sea bream for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the grilled sea bream on a plate, accompanied by the steamed broccoli. Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.
