Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap

A delicious and healthy grilled chicken avocado wrap packed with fresh vegetables and flavors. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 200 grams grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced grilled chicken, avocado, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato and cucumber.
  3. Spread yogurt on each tortilla, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
