Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap
A delicious and healthy grilled chicken avocado wrap packed with fresh vegetables and flavors. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner!
Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 200 grams grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced grilled chicken, avocado, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato and cucumber.
- Spread yogurt on each tortilla, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
