  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
