Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 150g grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 50g lettuce, shredded
  • 100g tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place the sliced grilled chicken breast in the center of the wrap.
