Ingredients:
- 500g potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste

- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the potato cubes with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potato mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
