  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
