Garlic Roasted Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients:
- 300g broccoli
- 200g carrot
- 4 cloves garlic
- 30ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, and garlic. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste, and toss well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Spread the vegetable mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
