  • 200g carrot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 30ml olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
  4. In a bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, and garlic. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste, and toss well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. Spread the vegetable mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
