Garlic Roasted Broccoli and Carrots

- 250g broccoli
- 200g carrots

- 30ml olive oil

- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
