  • 200g carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30ml olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  2. Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
