Ingredients:

  • 400g broccoli
  • 200g carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30ml olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin sticks.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the veggies evenly.
  4. Spread the vegetable mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
