Ingredients:
- 400g broccoli
- 200g carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 30ml olive oil

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin sticks.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the veggies evenly.
