  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

  3. In a bowl, mix the broccoli florets with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the broccoli mixture evenly on a baking tray.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
