  • 500g potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150g spinach
  • 50g butter
  • 100ml milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. In the last few minutes of boiling, add the spinach to the pot to wilt it.
  4. Drain the potatoes and spinach, then return them to the pot.
  5. Add minced garlic, butter, and milk to the potatoes and spinach.
  6. Mash everything together until smooth and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
