Ingredients:
- 500g potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150g spinach
- 50g butter
- 100ml milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In the last few minutes of boiling, add the spinach to the pot to wilt it.
- Drain the potatoes and spinach, then return them to the pot.
- Add minced garlic, butter, and milk to the potatoes and spinach.
- Mash everything together until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
