Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
