  • 150 ml milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the peeled garlic cloves to the boiling pot.
  4. Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot.
