Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes

Deliciously crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal, infused with the flavors of garlic and fresh herbs.

Ingredients:

  • 500g potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 10g fresh herbs (such as rosemary and thyme)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even-sized chunks.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato chunks with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs until well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
