Garlic Butter Zucchini

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash the zucchinis and cut them into rounds or half-moons.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini to the pan and season with salt and black pepper.
