Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Sautéed mushrooms with garlic and butter, perfect as a savory side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30g butter
  • 50ml water

Instructions:

  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them if large.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and stir well to coat with butter and garlic.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until mushrooms are tender and slightly browned.
  6. Pour in water and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until water has evaporated and mushrooms are coated in sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
