  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
