Garlic Butter Broccoli and Carrots

- 200g carrot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 30g butter

Instructions:
- Begin by washing the broccoli and carrots thoroughly. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots thinly.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced carrots to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Then add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sauté the vegetables for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the broccoli is tender yet still vibrant in color.
